Super Wohnung in Montreal ab Februar 2015 vom ehemaligen Auswanderer

Hallo Zusammen,
ich muss leider Montreal verlassen, berufsbedingt.
Ich will mein Hab und Gut schnell abgeben vor allem meine Wohnung samt Möbel und Küchenausrüstung zu einem niedrigen Preis.
Ich denke wenn jemand aus dem Forum hier grade in den nächsten Monaten nach Montreal umziehen möchte ist es ein absolutes Schnäppchen, dafür gibt es mehrere Gründe und ich kann davon gerne jeden überzeugen. Vor allem Neubau und direkte Lage an der U-Bahn sind ausschlaggebend.
Da ich selbst vor 2 Jahren eingewandert bin, kann ich auch während des Umzugs vieles Empfehlen falls wir in Kooperation kommen.
Optimale Zeit wäre Mitte Februar.
Bei Interesse bitte melden und wir können alles ausdiskutieren, ich kann auch gerne die Wohnung mehr zeigen mit live Übertragung via Skype.
Wäre super wenn es klappt.
